About perfection...


Once i heard about a story telling that, in ancien China, at the times of Chinese dynasties, emperors and so, the finest potters, who had reach for a long time the rank of masters in this art, always let deliberately a little defectuosity in each of their masterpiece, of course undetectable and invisible for a common eye, but actually present in the piece, just in order to be able to claim : "My work is not perfect".

Don't know if it's true or just a legend, but i like to believe that it's true...
