In most cases we (I) explain to players that playing under an active ban can result in a longer or permanent ban, but it could be a good idea to put this in the rules.
About Ro and the latest warning:
A: a few days ago I saw her try to connect as Ro but with banned IP, so she was trying to play
B: the fact she was using a different name proves to me she knew she was not supposed to play but tried to hide with a different name or she would have simply played as Ro.
C: she assumed we would not know she was Ro because she asks how I knew it was her, so she ignored the ban imo.

I gave Peter Felsen WH a warning for being afk a long time yesterday on Libya 3 and blocking mission.
Today he was being a smart ass on Brest Ext. starting nextmap votes and challenging me to ban him, which I didn't.
He shouldn't push me too much though...

Gave 123 a warning for reconnecting on Realism.

Gave Tusk a warning for being afk, blocking end of mission on Africa 2.
Not sure he understood...

Edit: well obviously he didn't understand because he was again afk a long time on campaign server, so I banned him.
If he comes to the forum and says he understands the rule about not staying on the server the ban can be lifted immediately.
He is Polish and seems to not understand much English.
