What are you cooking?

In my (very humble) opinion, when it comes to food, if you like it then it's good.
Just because something is not 100% the same as the original one, it doesn't mean it's bad.
I've had Polish food in Dublin once, I had Indian food in Hong Kong, I had Chinese food in London. Were they 100% like their original counterparts? Probably not, but they were very good.

You will never find anything exactly the same. The water is different, the ingredients are different, the kitchens are different. There are too many variables.

Just eat and enjoy!!!

Just finished reading this book by Marco Pierre White. I actually listened to
the audiobook since I could multitask other stuff. Really enjoyed the book
and his story.

“Lots of famous chefs today don’t look whacked, because they don’t work.
They have a healthy glow and a clear complexion. There is blood in their cheeks.
They haven’t got burns on their wrists and cuts on their hands.”

In these days 250 pizzamen worked to the longest pizza of the world, in Naples: 1.853,88 metres.
2.000 kg flour, 1.600 kg tomato sauce, 2.000 kg mozzarella, 200 litres olive oil, 30 kg basil.
In my opinion just a waste of that all...I don't think that it will be eaten by anyone :/

It's enough to make 12.000 pizzas. That would feed 12.000 hungry people
for one day.
