Problems with mpmaplist

I have problems with the mpmaplist I can not add new maps ,, I do not know why.
Help me !!!!!

You can't see them in your multiplayer screen or you have problems with
the file itself?

I have problems installing new maps in the file.

So you can't play new maps on our servers or yours?

I can play on all the servers that have the maps installed on my maplist ,,,
what I can not do is add new maps in my maplist already installed in illusion softworks H & D

maybe mpmaplist is set to "read only"?
