I changed the name of the thread. New vehicle models for H&D2 modders here. Bedford truck without canvas, collision was adapted to the new outline.
Has anybody managed to import working vehicles from MAFIA yet? This one makes the game crash on use

It looks nice compared to the dull texture of HD2 vehicles

Thank you, Stern.
Probably our Engineers with Mafia 1 editing experience have these tools, but not the rest. Good job finding them

Well most H&D2 vehicles have military camouflage textures except the civil cars Citroen and Tatra and the Praga truck which is only a hull modell (La_Praga).
A truck with chrome parts like this Ford AA would not be used by troops. The civil Ford could be placed on a map like Burgundy2 as a farmer vehicle.
The Red Army used a license version called GAZ AA, mostly with the typical green camouflage color. I have the idea to mod the Ford truck with other textures and wheels to make it more like the GAZ vehicle, when I get it working.
Mafia vehicles have also a texture that makes the body and other parts reflect the skyline of Lost Heaven what would look funny in H&D2 therefore I did not use it for the Ford.

What about obtaining a Russian military truck realistic 3d model from other games or websites providing free 3d models?
Examples:
https://callofduty.fandom.com/wiki/ZIS-6
https://www.cadnav.com/3d-models/model-1833.html
"Who Dares Wins" - SAS motto.
