So where is this church in real life? And how did you find it?

Lelekovice is a village in Brno-Country District, South Moravian Region, Czech Republic. It has a population
of 1,571 (2006 est.). The asteroid 167208 Lelekovice was named in its honour on the occasion of the 720th
anniversary of its founding, by the co-discoverer Kamil Hornoch, whose birthplace this is.

thanks damni I actually searched three different locations.. one of the village of lelekovic as snow says
; the other is the villages of broumov and Sazava. as I understand it, it is inspired from multiple places in the Czech Republic..
When I look at the old photographs of the village of lelekovic, it is true that there is a lot of similarity, but today there is not much similarity.
But the historical fabric of broumovand Sazava is still preserved..

My question is, how did you find out that's in Lelekovice? Is it written somewhere in the Czech maps or is it mentioned in the storyline? I honestly can't remember.
