Headphone sound is too low. was created by ShayoX
Hi, well i have new hardware
AMD A10 7850K
Asrock FM2A88X Extreme4+
4GB RAM DDR3
1TB Toshiba HDD
Hell yeah but....
when i plug in my headphones, and scroll my volume
on max 100% the sound is too low. :upset:
I reinstalled realtek 5 times and nothing, i have now latest version of it.
I tried to double click green jack(headphones) in realtek to set them
to "Headphones" instead of "Front Speaker Out" <--(Windows sets headphones as speakers by default :whip: )
but when i double click that jack no settings window pops up, and this isn't normal, on my older motherboard
i could double click every jack and set it to whatever i like, now i can only double click black jack and set it.
I really need help with this damned sh**. :/
Already dig thru google and nothing worked... :sozzled:

Have you tried playing with the volume on the headset cable? Maybe
it's stuck on very low. I sometimes notice my sound disappears, only
twice until now, and I have to restart my PC.

Can you test the headset somewhere else to make sure it's not the
headset and maybe it's software/hardware?

I had problems with microphone. Unknown problems. I thought my mike
was not working anymore. I got a new headset with a new mike and an
USB sound card. It still didn't work. So when I got a new mike separately,
it worked. It seemed the problem was that something somewhere was
not recognizing my microphone and headset(which has 2 jacks anyway)
together. The old headset still works, but only if I plug in the mike jack and
the sound jack of the new headset :D

Snow, volume on my headphone cable is pushed to the LIMIT of it, to the MAX! And it is still TOO LOW!:sozzled:
Nothing wrong with headphones, everything works very GOOD and LOUD on my sister's laptop. :surprised:
It is really annoying, cus the volume is really too LOW. :whip:
Everything with my drivers, and hardware is ok. I think it's the change of motherboard caused it, but i
could solve it if i could just double click that jack and settings for green jack would pop up but it won't pop up :sylvester:

Are you sure you are using the right Realtek drivers? Simply using the latest from Realtek won't always work and you need the driver supplied by the MOBO manufacturer. So use the driver supplied to a disk or go to manufacturer website and download the sounddriver for your MOBO tthere.
