Yeah Snow, reinstalling windows is the best solution that ever worked for me haha
I will do reinstall, i don't have anything important on this disk yet so :D
NL, i have used every single driver i could think of. Older ones and new ones, and especially those
on Asrock site, yet everything stays the same, i can't set that green jack to headphones etc. :undecided:
Nik, thx i tried that already but it is still low volume :sozzled:
+ My keyboard and mouse are stuttering and i can't write sometims, letters appear after some seconds,
wtf is going on:gasp: i think i will have to reinstall windows lol

You changed the parts, but not the Windows? Weird stuff happened to
me when I got a 2nd hand old HDD from a friend long time ago. I had to
reinstall the Windows. I don't know why this happens, but it does.

NL, i saw those two links, and nothing works :(
Yet i found something interesting, "Disable Front Panel Detection" or something. But i don't have that option
in Realtek, but i had more options in older versions which i can't find now for sh*t.
Also that guy with ASUS realtek had more options than me i have only one option in that little folder
and it is "Enable auto popup dialog, when device is plugged in" And that is bullshi* because i had more options in earlier versions
of realtek, idk if they removed it or the change of MOBO did that.
+ I have no jacks in front panel, i plug my headphones to rear panel, and it sets them automatically to Speakers which reduces
their maximum volume and it's annoying as fuc*. I wanted to set them to Headphones setting but as i wrote, i can't double click that green
jack because nothing pops up.
+ I could not reinstall windows because that beatiful system failed in something as usual
+ Snow, yeah i am still on Windows 10. But it's installed brand new on new disk.

Could the low volume have something to do with a surround 5.1 setting instead off stereo?

Nope.
I just did fresh reinstall of Windows 10, all updates installed INCLUDING Asrock drivers etc.
Keyboard and mouse still stuttering while writing or moving pointer.
I will deal with that sound sooner or later.
The most important thing is that my Keyboard and Mouse are stuttering :whip: and this is just terrible,
i have to write soooo slowly cus the letters won't appear after i press them etc and mouse
can refuse to move the pointer.
