My server works fine, its in LGSL for 6 or 7 months 
but I dont see it when I "Update List" in game multiplayer menu. There i see 3 RpR servers.
I edited hosts file on server computer same way:

Yes every client and hosting computer need to edit the hosts file.
If you're server is redirecting correctly (to Qtracker IP 65.112.87.186), it will be automatically shown in the list.
What's your servers IP & Port? I gonna add it to Live Server List .
Btw you should see all 7 servers in HD2 and not only 3?!

Server filter was set to coop style, but still only RpR servers exists there and mine is coop too so problem was not there.
My server 90.191.24.9:11001 is online but the list is not showing it.
Server runs on Win XP.
Restarted server, restarted computer, restarted router, flushed and preloaded.

Weird and you're sure on both PCs you have added following lines to your hosts files?
(Remove all others regarding HD2)
