Guys SOS added weapons through DC / ED but it is not static and can not be used

How to make it work like in Tutorial and Some Missions?

Well i guess you want to place guns/items for players to pick up?
Therefore check your items.dat file.

As Ted already posted, please be more specific in describing your problem in topic and also in topic title.
Titles like "Help!", "Problem occured" or similar are not very likely seen in forums.. ;)
