Hand-to-hand fighting in our game ?!

As I conducted my next experiment with items.sav and locations of our game ... And came across a very interesting thing in the list of items .. under Hex number 41 .. which eventually came out you can see in the video below..

It seems to me that this is not a completely hand-to-hand fight ...

But what do you think it is?

Sasha, this is awesome Fist fighting is a must feature for me, or at least hit enemy with weapon
but that's my requirement. H&D2 is still perfect without many scrapped features.
H&D2 could be the best WW2 shooter there will ever be in the world.
But they had to scrap so much cool stuff and features, they ran out of time? Thought it will be garbage? Or maybe all has gone to deep shi*
when they did a port to LS3D Engine
I am happy that they left something in game files so H&D2 fans can dig for these features.
