Posting this lovely mod on behalf of our dear RellHaiser. He converted the MG42 so it no longer has the crosshair and when mounted in first person you look directly through the sights

"This mod replaces the built-in crosshair on the MG42 model and adjusts the first person camera so it is aligned with the iron sights. 

This mod is compatible with both the unmodded game and Sasha's New Weapons Mod." ~ RellHaiser

Installation: Extract the Models folder into your game folder.
