LS3D engine - functional fix

This update involves fixes and functional enhancements to the LS3D engine. The following changes and additions have been made:

1. The native server search has been restored, link within the executable now points directly to RPR host, bypassing the long-defunct GameSpy servers.

2. Support for PNG and JPG texture formats has been implemented.

3. A feature has been added to allow the downloading of files directly from the server during the multiplayer connection process.

4. CD-key verification has been completely removed from the server connection procedure (is already installed on the RPR servers).

5. The list of `giveitem` commands has been expanded to include: `compass`, `parabelumsl`, `flare`, `g43`, `mas`, and `schreck`. Additionally, three new commands have been added:

1. `killenemies` — kills all enemies on the map.
2. `completeobjectives` — automatically completes the mission successfully.
3. `destroycars` — destroys all vehicles on the map.

I have a tiny question: What does the client need from these files? The HD2_SabreSquadron.exe, dlls and .ini file only? Most people would want to install only the client side 

So the client only needs the files in the main folder, the other two folders are for server configuration.
