That means the project will be finished in early 2014 the or sooner. Kind of
thinking about the possibility of working on such projects for free, with no
experience of course. You would learn a lot by working on any kind of project
like this.

I haven't visited any WW2 museum yet, but will plan to do so in the years that
come. A good friend of mine visited the WW2 museum in Kiev and I was really
impressed by the works and details of the museum. I will ask my friend if he still
has the pictures and will post them here as soon as I can.

As a tribute to the Tiger, for those who haven't yet learned about Michael Wittmann,
the ACE of the Tiger. This is the 1st part > follow the rest to 5 on Youtube:

If you're interested about it, here's the link to the French museum of armoured cars in Saumur, which is the historical French city about cavalry learning and traditions. Look for the "English corner" ;)

I wondered where to put that... I think that it's well here...

Soldiers of 1st and 2nd battalion of the Royal New Zealand Infantry Regiment honor their fallen comrades, Corporal Luke Tamatea, Lance Corporal Jacinda Baker and Private Richard Harris, killed in Afghanistan on August 18th.

The ceremony took place on August 25th, at the Burnham Military Camp in Christchurch.

The journalist who posted that in the local press here in my city used this word: Poignant.

I think it's the good word...

The US Navy sold to All Star Metals the shell of the aircraft carrier Forrestal for $0,01.

The Forrestal left the active service in September, 1993 after 38 years of service. Launched on December 11th, 1954, USS Forrestal was the first super-aircraft carrier. In 1999, US Navy had announced that it was ready to to sell it to an association in order to make a museum or a memorial. In 2003, in front of the lack of buyers, US Navy decided to get rid of the shell.

Nine years later, a call for tenders was finally launched and it’s thus All Star Metals who is going to have the pleasure to clatter the Forrestal which we shall remember that he had been a victim of a disaster in July, 1967 making 134 deaths among the crew and destroying 21 planes.
