When i say that this country is still able to open wide its mouth but is not able to put one foot before the other ...

In 2005, a law (one more for the world champion of laying laws), required for public facilities such as town halls, prefectures, hospitals and others to carry out the necessary work for the access of disabled persons, as mentioned in the international convention on the rights of persons with disabilities, convention that France signed, of course. This law gave a deadline until 2015 to achieve the necessary work. By example, here in my city, present days, there are still public transportation who refuse disabled persons, arguing that the vehicule isn't adapted for. In 2004, a case was about disabled persons transported by the national railway company SNCF in goods vans ( Lord ! ) between Paris and Le Havre ...

10 years. We can still do things in ten years.

So here we are in 2015 and, facing the negligence and a situation that persists in many public buildings and utilities where disabled persons still can't go, what does the government ? It just lays an ordinance, giving new deadlines up until 2024 ... Really, where is the problem ...?

Bravo, i say bravo and Cocorico and i guess that it's not for tomorrow that the host of the Elysée will be a Franklin Delano Roosevelt ...

If I ever visit Spain, remind me to come in the winter :mm3:
