Yes. Please make one that is high quality/resolution.

You can try to make the text, eagle and wings without too many details. Keep it as
simple as possible. Make versions with and without shadow. Take your time to think
about it.

Maybe the wings could be more dynamic like below?
If you make it a GIF we can have clapping wings :surprised:

If you go to google images and search for "stylized eagle head" you find many examples of eagle heads.
Same for "stylized eagle wings"
