Here is another clip from the film, which might not be appreciated by all.
In some way I can understand it.

How would I react if someone put a “et cetera” (German: usw. (Und so weiter) (and so on) into the national anthem of my country?

Anyway, he called himself a rebel and that’s what the French anthem is about, or isn’t it?
