Lads, i just wanted to tell you some words about this album. I've already bored Snow yesterday on TS about it
but this record is so much brilliant that i almost feel compelled to speak about it again here. This was recorded in an exceptional place,
the farm of Villefavard
, in France, where the acoustic was designed by the world known engineer Albert Xu Yaying. This place was created in a spirit of excellence, dedicated to classical music. Anne Queffélec here simply reaches the summit of art. The recording is just perfect, Anne Queffélec's playing is just, i don't know, let's say magnificent. This CD is a pure beauty and i recommend it to all people who likes Chopin or who wants to discover what classical music can bring when everyone involved on it just gives the best he has.
Chopin
De l'enfance à la plénitude (From childhood to fullness)
Anne Queffélec, piano.
