Never trust only the names : A typical example of a total failure. The "great Karajan" commits here a pure massacre. Albinoni and Pachelbel must be turning in them graves. Doubtless Karajan had forgotten his conductor's baton that time, so he took the ax of the fire brigade...

When I was in my teens I used to listen to the first and one and only Dutch true Rock and Roll junkie Herman Brood. Known for his open drug use and famous for it. Also an artist in his more later years, still selling well in Holland. In the end his health forced him to slow down on drugs which he couldn't handle after a lifetime of drug abuse and he jumped of the Hilton hotel in Amsterdam.
I think the recording below was in the USA where he tried to launch his career somewhere in the eighties but it failed. First song is fgrom the seventies and meant his breakthrough in The Netherlands, the second song is from his "US album" which was never very successful. Example of his art work below the video.
