check which processes are running in the background and how CPU % they use. Also, do you have higher ping than usual?

I think little bit higher than usual. When i play HD2 i usualy turn off not necessary processes. I scanned the computer cuz i thought that i have something like virus, but i have clean computer, i dont know what i have to do.

do you actually have an fps drop or do you just experience network lag?
FPS drop suggests your hardware is busy with other things than the game.
Network lag can be your router (did you try restart), internet traffic other than HD2 (someone using wifi or downloading), your ISP (connection to Germany - (our servers) or a problem with the connection of our servers or servers itself.
So, a bit hard to say what is causing it.

I said i have fps drops. It looks like strobe if you know what i mean. I have 120 fps, and it's changing in 1 sec to 20 all the time.

Maybe you have something downloading/updating in the background.
What's your cpu usage before H&D2 and after H&D2 is launched?
