I banned Ms_DeD MazaY # for being AFK for a long time (at least 15 mins) and thus blocking a vote. It is also not he first time I saw him do this, once before blocking an end of mission. Also, DED has a tendency to spam useless voice commands and sometimes displays a Rambo play-style.

All that is enough for me to want him to read our rules and tell us he understands and respects them. If he does he will be unbanned.
