I've added a download to a pre-configured virtual machine created using this guide. See the first post, near the top.

For some reason, some of the links I put in the first post don't seem to be working. I have no idea why. You can right-click on the links, copy the url and paste in a new browser window and they will work.

*Have to select: Open in new window (google chrome) and refresh, then it works.
But does this monitor servers and restart Console if its terminated ?
(I guess one reason it happens when there is a connection loss)
And if you using separate Console exe files then you can use separate maplist files:
Like the ones here (10x Consoles 0-9 )
HD2DS_SabreSquadron_0-9
Can this Shell Script access memory ?
Because for Co-op style its useful to have more than 6 players,
And only way is to modify it from console memory.
And Its complicated
because Console must be running so script have to wait.
Then if its started with -cmd it gives 6 players max so the script must modify memory first and then send maxclients # to get the desired player slots.
Othen than that it seems good solution to host servers, if it takes less effort from host computer.

The script doesn't monitor the consoles. It launches the consoles using the OS's built-in "daemon" program.
daemon launches, monitors the process and re-launches the process if it dies.
https://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=daemon&manpath=FreeBSD+13.0-current
Yeah, I used separate console names in case I want to use your console text logger and/or broadcast messages to the consoles. I also have a script that broadcasts messages to the consoles, but it uses the console names too so they have to be different for each server.
Nope. 6 players max on my servers.
