Water tank/windmill 4ds model attached in next post
the model still needs some adjustments. Texture of wall should be changed to old brickwork. You can also experiment with the original HD2 models k_alt.4ds and k_altan.4ds which are little pavilions; k_altan is probably a ruins model.
With some experience it takes less than 10 minutes to extract a sector from a model or scene.4ds file with a hex editor. Of course it’s easier with a 3D program, you have to import to 3ds, copy the sector and export back to 4ds.
Attached model (of course without sails which are from Africa1 mill) has no position offset.
Scene.4ds files can be best imported when they have only the Primary sector; these are from Africa2, Africa6, Libye2, Libye3, Normandy4. Alps3 maybe, not tested yet.
Occluders have the function (as far as I understood) to avoid the rendering of parts of a scene.4ds from a certain point of view from where it is not necessary. They are mostly inside buildings or the landscape.

it is not supposed to be displayed
I have given the 4ds file another filename extension because 4ds files cannot be attached here.
Just download the file and then change the extension to 4ds
