It looks much better, but a bit weird with dark sky and bright ground/sand.
I was saying to leave the sky as it was on the day version and if you want
to make a night version, modify Africa 4 then.

Sabre you know how to manage light ?
To leave only local light and remove scene light (ambient light ?).
I was thinking if Libya1 had only street lights and the lights from house windows.
I try to remove some lights but got only strange effects on the sky and the character was on shadows.
(maybe something to do with Primary Sector light)

And have you ever removed border ? (the one that kills player and invisible wall collision)
Because some maps have large areas to work with but its not usable for player :(
Libya2 has large areas at start and end,
Sicily2 also has large area, River and where Ally tanks arrive in the SP mission, there is also Checkpoints present...

The one who hesitates is lost !

Have a coffee, will pick me brains out stern and try think about you note.

Lights, I been fiddling around for hours in the maps that am about to put on here.

Dced - Them lights adjustments are broken, can only adjust light once to a colour and then you can not change back the colour once adjusted.
When you save lights as a dnc and import into scene.bin the lights do not always show/work
and maybe to import the lights into the actors.bin instead. <test them out..>

Its trial and error stern, i just use what i can do from the many maps, and play about.
If you need me to try for things in any maps that you have make/made, ill see what can do.

I think the border is a half box collision that is fit over the top of a map, i think i did once removed in the
Sicily bunker map. but still says you leaving the zone. Don't no how you remove that message. haven't played much
in that area of yet.

and import just the (ambient lights) i never really touch the local lights.

Also: i have notice that they is also light effects for candles and fire in burning bins inside the effects.bin
inside my maps. have no clue how you move and make adjustment's , no tool for effects.bin, you can copy parts from
over effects.bin and have grass and over effects into maps that do not have them.

Some of these effects also use (DUMMYS) and have weird names. i don't know how to make or really edit them
For instance : you touch the fire you will get burnt. (DUMMYS) have methods which i also do not know much about.

New little objects added in map
and collision improved.
Nightmap is slightly different build of day africa3 map build. (Different game map versions)
and did need some slight over adjustments, which are now implemented.

Thinking the Maps are looking even better. see the pics..
