To be honest, it was my pleasure to post something about Marilyn, as always :nod:

Also, you may consider it nothing special, of course, but one have to admit that this magazine became a press hit and a social phenomenon during the second half of XXth century. By example, in the French Wikipedia topic, there's an interesting part called "sociologic revolution", considering these aspects of sex in press in the American society at the time. :mm1:

At the Battle of the Falkland Islands , the German squadron of Vice-Admiral Maximilian von Spee is annihilated by the British forces of Admiral Doveton Sturdee.





Just one month after the Battle of Coronel , the Battle of the Falkland Islands appears as the revenge of the Royal Navy and the end of the threat of the German fleet of surface on British commercial navigation. After the Falklands, the Germans will put their main naval effort on submarines, which will become world known by their German name : U-boot.

Well, it's not for saying but, about this period of history, WW1 and WW2, i'm often impressed by this German ability to learn about war and battles lessons, and to invent and develop new means and new tactics, often called "revolutionary" by those who keep sleeping, to conduct their strategy. :mm1:
