Panzerkampfwagen V Panther Ausführung F. with Schmalturm. That is "Henschel" turret from PzKpfw VI Ausf. B "Tiger II" ("King Tiger").
The Ausf F variant was slated for production in April 1945, but the war ended these plans. So this is how the tank will be look like maybe in under serial production.
