Some questions about ranking:

-you can choose any weapon you like and take any gear you want?
-the "ranking officer" can be asked to carry extra ammo, weapons, gear and med kits?
-can the ranking officer do healing or only drop gear?
-is the ranking officer supposed to follow the player or should the player go to the ranking officer for supplies?
-simple goal is to have mission success? Not for example "kill all enemies"?

(In my personal opinion the ranking officer should not have any influence on the mission, part of the game is sometimes you have to scavenge for weapons / ammo / meds)
