I'm thinking about hosting a new Event on our server. We can play this
on Friday or Saturday. I guess not all of you are available during the week.
Coop Challenge wants to be an event similar to TLC, but a bit harder and
even more silly
We will keep TLC classes, but not the equipment. This will be a challenge
to us all, so we will play it as so. The task is to complete Original and Sabre
campaign missions in order, starting out with minimum equipment. That
means a knife, a helmet, 6 pairs of socks and 1 BIG bag of M&Ms, no backpacks.
If we keep classes, the Medic is allowed to start with 2 small medipacks
and the Engineer can carry explosives, depending on mission, he can
use a small backpack.
First we will play the simple missions in the Original campaign, so we will
start with knife only. On modded ones, like Africa Airfield or Czech Village,
we can have a pistol each. Difficulty will be normal and one life, no crosshair,
but 3rd person is allowed.
We can pick weapons from enemies and from crates. Similar to Elite maps.
Teamspeak is required.
I was thinking of changing nicknames like in the "Guess who?" mode we
played 2 years ago. Maybe we can start with letters A and B. So anyone can
pick silly/funny nicknames that start with letter A and B, like: Bambi, BubbleBlue,
etc.
We can fine tune things as we go. What do you think?

No, seriously, why not ? Let's try it, we'll see what it gives
EDIT : Also, about TLC, i would try to experiment once with a new rule concerning the medics : No weapons for the medics, only a handgun as Colt 1911 for last resort self-protection, with only one or maybe two clips. In my opinion, that will enforce the critical role of the medic, who is the life keeper of all the team, and that will lead to adapt the procedure of healing, when a soldier will need first aid (do the soldier move to the medic or do the medic move to the soldier and, in this case, who will protect the medic ? )

Yea Snow, we already spoke about my suggestion in private chat but, well, nothing urgent, it's just a suggestion 
Don't know, maybe we can try it next TLC, even for only one or two maps, and see what it gives...?
Also, no problem for nicknames, at least for me, i got a full collection of crazy nicknames
