I have to admit that it looks and sounds a lot better than what I expected.

I think that is was my mistake for not giving clear instructions and roles. I noticed
it never works when you say we have to go there, do that. We really need to be
more specific in assigning roles and tasks, but leave it to those assigned to finish
the tank on how to do it.
