Nice Nikita, this proves Endrico and Pimpmy5style are same person, 85.253.120.14 is also Ip from Estonian ISP Starman, coincidence? I think not...

So range 85.253.120.0 to 85.253.120.255 would have to be banned too

IP ranges 85.253.120.0-255 and 82.131.122.0-255 are in different citys...about 100 kilometers away from eachother.

IP info from my server:

82.131.122.235:>i´V NEVER
82.131.122.235:>Noobik
81.21.243.46:>- iBeLKa'

google ? :) or what do you mean ? connected player IP can be taken from ServerManager

*Little mistake:

82.131.122.0 - 82.131.122.95 are in one city
82.131.122.96 - 82.131.122.255 are in other city

but cant be 100% sure because from google search, it places me from my IP in wrong city (about 17 kilometers)
and i looked more but no search places my IP in correct place so its a long shot...
