Temp cleaner

Can be used to keep TEMP folder clean, i have used it for long long time.
It was more useful when disc space was low (in my first computer, i had 2 GB hard drive ), now when u have HDD of 1000GB it doesnt matter, but who knows. :)

*Works on Win98, WinXP, Win7

Ah yes, the famous "turbo" button :D

I remember, on our LISP systems running with MS-DOS, we had two major variables managing the computer memory, called "lispheap" and "lispstack", and that we had to fine tune, depending of the work to be done...

Sometimes, it was really a nice party...  Maybe some lads here know this story ? :D

I never had turbo button but what did happen when this button was applied permanently ? Boom and smoke ? :)

Sometimes, who knows ? Sometimes also, it was only cosmetics, because the button was not even plugged on the motherboard :D

In fact, at these times, it was very much efficient to add an arithmetic co-processor (80286 + 80287 or 80386 + 80387), better than any fictious "turbo" mode :D

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turbo_button

of course if you had such a button (and it was connected) you would always leave it on, why the hell would you want your computer to slow down?
My first PC was a 386, later a 486 SX and later a 486 DX which, like Nikita said, had an integrated FPU. After that a pentium CPU running at a whopping 75 MHz if I remember correctly :)

Today, of course, things are pretty much modern...
