Eaglemoss proposes a collection of watches, copies of military watches going from 1930 till 1980. It's naturally about cheap replicas but hey, they work and they're not too much expensive. That comes well, i needed a watch and my watchmaker asked me for 20 euros to replace the strap of my old watch, so i bought the N°2 of Eaglemoss, replica of the Stowa Flieger of the German Luftwaffe pilots in 1940, it cost me 9.90 euros
The genuine Stowa Flieger
(don't know how much but i guess a bit expensive, made in Germany, doubtless first quality and guaranteed quite a while...)
The Eaglemoss replica
(9.90 euros, not even the price of the spare battery, made in China, quality caramel and guaranteed up to the pavement on the opposite side...)
Anyway, i'm 52 years old and i shall be late even for my funeral, then i'm not going to put more than 10 euros in a watch, however unpleasant it might seem to Jacques Séguéla who said once : " C'mon, a Rolex, everyone got a Rolex. If, at fifty, one doesn't have a Rolex, one missed his life."
Sorry, Jacques, we're not from the same world...
Btw, the N°4, presently sell, is the replica of the WW2 British Paratroopers watch...

Lol Nik, I'm curious how long this watch will last. In my opinion buying watches like this is expensive in the end if you have to buy a new one each 2 years.
You'd be better off buying a mechanical automatic Seiko 5 watch for about 70-80 euro. They will last you a life time.

Yeah, of course, but i'm not very careful for this stuff, that's why i prefer wearing low cost, it hurts less when it's damaged. I have two others quality watches, one from my grandfather and one from my father, but i never wear them and i keep them carefully in my drawers.

I heard the 306 is almost the same as le sacré numéro, just with a bigger body. Can anybody recommend it?
