Last time I made pizza, I drank so much red wine...

I was busy drinking and cooking, not eating. I remember eating 1-2 slices out of many.

Lol Snow, what a coincidence, i was buzy myself all the day long so, tonight, i didn't have much time for cooking, so i managed something very basic, a mix of three rices with vegetables, i.e. zucchini and eggplant fried in olive oil.
So, i remembered i had a couple of fine bottles here and i opened this one, on this exact 2014 vintage...

Special edit for French people here : Sérieux les gars, le Beaujolais nouveau, bon, on sait ce que c'est, c'est parfois (fréquemment ?) très surfait et très commercial. Mais si on veux parler de bon Beaujolais, celui-ci en fait clairement partie ...
Et ça se trouve chez Nicolas, comme elle dit la pub ...
