After ten years or more, this year my dad decided to buy some grapes and make wine. He made approx 200 litres, but only white

We only open the wine here to make room for the one from this year.
We have two glass containers, one bigger and one smaller. We use
the smaller one when the grape juice exceeds 50 litres. Actually we only
kept 50 litres in the last years. The excess juice gets mixed with some
grated horseradish in a plastic bottle(similar to what we use to keep wine),
so that it last till next summer even.

I didn't know this Snow. When I visited Brasov, in 1997, one day a Romanian teacher invited us all at lunch to his home. A Romanian guy I met in those days told me:"Daniele be careful tomorrow, that teacher has a big cellar".
And he was right. I don't remember the glasses, but I remember that we all got drunk. We were 17 year old, so we were not so habit to drink
