Nice vid Nik, had to download to watch it. Looks nice. The applause at the end made me laugh

Well, here's the video of the recipe.
Just an important point :
It doesn't appear on the video because i forgot to take the proper photos but, with the onions at the begining, you have to add two cloves of chopped garlic

Well NL, i was just looking for a piece of classical music about 7' long, i didn't remember that this one was live, but it fits well, finally
About uploading the video, i'm not much familiar with that way, i tried on it rather than on my Vimeo account, just to see what it gives

Lol Snow, you mean that knife i used in my video ?
Well, actually, this kind of knife is very useful in a kitchen, it's what we call in French a " couteau d'office " ( paring knife, in English ? ), polyvalent enough but i agree, i need other knives to complete my range of tools

Over here we have only one good knife and that was made by
someone, not bought. We use it for over 20 years

Most important with any knife is that you keep it sharp. Sharp knifes are safer than dull knifes.
I am expecting a custom made knife soon (not a kitchen knife) and will show it if there is any interest.
