Finished making the balls yesterday evening. Forgot to take picture of
them when doubled in size.

I'm still not satisfied with about one hundred things about my
pizzas. Need a better oven, preferably with wood, need good
flour, yeast, tomatoes, cheese, tools etc Not that what I have isn't
tasty, it's just not perfect. I would need a lot of money to start
doing something like they do it in Naples or other similar very
good pizzerias in Italy and US. Pizza in other places I don't trust.
Maestro Ciro Salvo. Enjoy:
