Lol yes Feld mate, 171 eggs
Thanks snow but it's not my gf's home
...anyway your crepes looks very good, really. Let me see it I find some pics of my crepes...
Nik, Easter frittata is a tradition in Southern Italy but I don't know if anyone makes a so big frittata. However, they started years ago with about 50 eggs and every year they add some eggs. In South Italy the only important thing is that it's a odd number (never an even number because in this case it's a bad luck). Last year it was a 169 eggs frittata. Next year (I hope) it will be 163 or 165 eggs...

This is crèpe I did with my gf months ago (to be honest, she did most of it). In Italy usually we use Nutella and icing sugar

Thanks Dani. I usually do around 15 and the ones I eat are with orange or lemon.
Sometimes I use icing sugar, but not as much as you put on yours.
What else does your girl like to cook?

My gf is a good cook
She knows how to make several cakes but also chicken in the oven, many recipes with pasta and also pizza
I'm a good cook too but only pasta (arrabbiata, amatriciana, carbonara, pasta con vongole, pasta con cozze etc...).
About icing sugar, I don't buy it: you can find a sachet in every package of "pandoro" (typical Italian Christmas cake, I don't know if you have eat it yet), but we don't like it on pandoro, so I save the sachet for crèpes
