Really? :/
I would instantly go around the neighborhood and ask if they want
to buy bread from me. Before that I would make the best bread, so
I have something to give them to sample. Then get the best flour,
salt, yeast and fresh water. Get a license and from there...

There are 2 pizzerie and 1 bakery that makes also a good pizza. There's also a supermarket where you can buy bread. And I think that's enough, since we are less than 3.000 pop.
