Really thanks for that, NL. I personally knew, let's say a bit, about Turing's work and story, but i didn't know this movie. I can say yet i'm hunting for it in order to watch it ASAP.

Just about Turing's work on Enigma code, i guess we don't have to forget the work by the Polish scientists, i spoke a bit about it here .

I don't think it's out on DVD yet but you can download a DVD screener, quality is good enough to watch, after all it's not a movie with special effects.
I will send a torrent link to your PM.

Pfff, i'm sorry, i get up in the middle of the night to add five cents more about NL's post, speaking about Alan Turing.

Indeed, when we see, in encyclopedias or wherever, or maybe due to our job, all what Turing created in computing and artificial intelligence, all his perspicacity and foreseeing about such issues, all that he brings to computer science, it's just incredible that he's still so much unknown and unrecognised by lot and lot of people, even in universities. C'mon, i'm serious here and i choose my words : This man is simply the size of a Albert Einstein, a Nikola Tesla or a Marie Curie.
