Nope. FOCH is a polish word you use when you get offended by someone. But the RpR meaning of this word is 'hard to explain' as i remember Agu just used it on the in-game chat once and everbody was curious what does it mean. It has no sense now but i think everybody just like the Foch word without a meaning
