It's always a good thing to try to talk to players and explain the rules but on the other hand don't be too hesitant to ban a player. We cannot be expected to know all languages and most of all they have their own responsibility.

If I would play on a server and I see a sever message come by over and over I would want to know what it says and use google translate. Also our server message has 'rprclan.com' in it so it's not hard to find our forum where they can also read the rules or ask for help / clarification. Banning them is many times meant to make them come to our forum so we get a chance to explain the rules. Many bans were lifted early because someone came to the forum, said they understood the rules and apologized.

Some effort from their side may be expected, as we put effort into the servers and the game which we all provide for free...

If player intends to die or knows he is not very good he should go to justice or other servers
where you have more than 1 life instead of reconnecting and trying hard to complete mission.
