Are you sure it was all intentional?
Me and Kubla go back a ways, I used to report him all the time because he was always a bad personality.
But to be honest: he seemed to have changed his ways after that and I have monitored him A LOT the last 2 years or so and did not see real problems any more. Even though I still don't like his personality.

Some history: I called myself Preacher because that is what Kubla called me when I spoke to him to not cheat and be an asshole ;)

Im sure that it was intentional, as Ro said he did teamkill and glitch again. Also he TK on previous maps but im sorry i dont make screenshot. He didnt say "sorry" I also know him long time as a good DM, or Capture the flag player. So, the conclusion is in your hands...
