Many thanks, sir
I can confirm
TACO is working on Linux(Arch) and almost hit the (0, 0, 0) position you mentioned on Libya 1. I wish I could've tested each of your program's functions, but my lack of experience and time, that is not very possible at the moment. Only happy to test if for you so far.
This is how I use it:
Note for Linux users: you can launch H&D2 directly from Stern's TACO program, but you have to specify the path shown in the image above like you would do on a Windows system with (C:\Program Files\Illussion Softw...etc) or where you have your game installed. It doesn't work with the absolute unix path.
This program has helped me fix an ALT + TAB issue I had with H&D2
ONLY in Full Screen
when not emulating a virtual Desktop using
winecfg. There is only one problem... if you alt + tab too many times, when you want to type message inside game chat/ console, no input from keyboard is given. It's just the typing text, the keyboard works otherwise. Anyway, you don't need to type in-game, the purpose of this program is for making missions
Stern, with your permission I would like to link to your tool from our home page since this is a
must have program for H&D2 engineers. This would work very well along side Flash's Lutsip editor. We can only hope our engineers see its potential
Guys, please check the features and updates starting from the first post on this thread. Maybe someone can make a little video tutorial able to show this tool's features. Stern, you can do it if it's possible.
