After a ton of effort and some info off amazing Ted striker. I was able to change a col part which made it none destructible item. This metal locker carry it own definition better with the adjustable col.
As I remember, collision have some properties that can be changed with HexEditor.
There you can make it lose collision if shot is taken to it (destroyable) or not and make items stay on top of the collision or not.
The one who hesitates is lost !

collision of falling weapon still problem, testing a way to add collision inside an object ,but its very so difficult to do..
For the modders.
You are able to add collision inside a none collision objects and scale the collision to size of the object you are about to add in game. to do this ! you use (k_al2_autkolize) it is a clear collision wall, its very solid to add collision to none collisions object, because you are not able to see collision its none visible....
