Results are here! Overfermented, almost impossible to handle and as I felt it, a bit bready.
Overall pretty good if you ate only one banana all day :sarcy:

The one with onions, same as the previous one with potatoes, the quantity of vegetables
needs to be at least double. I really needed some store onions here, as big as apples.
This one was crunchy af. Very good. Unfortunately that pan suffered some deformation
and also the dough was not stretched even. One side was very thin and one was really
thick, but open enough you could put your fist in :rofl:

Btw, this was 480 and 505 grams. It seems the recommended quantity for my pan would
be only 350 grams. Tried it. It sucked. Then I used 575g dough and you had that red and
white pizzas which were very airy, not thick or chewy.

Conclusion: back to the drawing board... until then some weeds need to be pulled :D

guys, this is your end for this topic... a neapolitan, in a food discussion, ahhhh you just made a big mistake.. i will post here some things.....

How do you prepare the meat? Is that chopped green
onion?

The green stuff is just: oil, salt, green onion and little ginger.
