Part deux...

More sour cream and cucumber slices, with egg and Kalamata olives
 

Slices with sour cream, cucumber, sliced basil and some salami... with some crepes filled with delicious home made jams
 

Slices with roasted egg plants, minced and mixed with diced onions and olive oil... plus garden cucumbers again
 

Even more sour cream and cucumber slices, egg and garden tomatoes
 

Now that the garden tomatoes are getting ripe(not our garden), sour cream slices with tomato slices and basil... goes well with that egg
 

Some of that freshly made roasted eggplant salad, but instead of olive oil it's made with homemade mayo... and more cucumbers  

And we finish with sour cream, cucumber and some friend zicchini slices, salami and egg
