Sorry my last post about dynamic DNS was a bit confusing..
In most cases each time you login to the internet you get a new IP by your provider (ISP).
So if i add e.g 189.21.183.67 on LGSL i have to update it as soon as you reconnect to the internet.
To avoid this procedure you could use dynamic DNS service by noip.com. The DNS adress like e.g betteryouthanme.no-ip.biz does not change but you can update which IP the DNS is refering to. Therefore noip.com offers a tool which automatically updates your IP whenever you get a new one.
I've tested noip.com and it seems to work fine. (have a look at LGSL page, server betteryouthanme.no-ip.biz:11001 is online)
Of course if you have always the same IP adress you don't need dynamic DNS.
If you want to try, do the following:
1) Register a free host adress
2) Download Dynamic DNS Update Client on noip.com
3) Install and start the Client on your PC
4) Click on "Edit Hosts" (Client option) and activate your host adress and save it
5) Give me your host adress and i'll add it to the LGSL page
List of server commands Check article 5 MULTIPLAYER (Advanced Users)
To get the recurring messages you need Server Manager 2.9 .
Setting up the Manager is a bit complicated but there's a 'still' uncomplete tutorial which might help:
Launch HD2 server
Good Luck
If you have questions let me know
