Yes, all our servers have the same IP, but different ports.

Yes, you use that and change the port when you create the server.
You also need to open the ports you open(like 11001, 11005, 11009 etc)

cannot open but from a server by servermanger 2.9

I can only open 1 server with servermanager 2.9

and another server opening normally
