I didnt find anything about port in RSC readme (incomplete readme) and my servermanager was on the same port (12001), that was the reason why RSC blocked servermanager login.
The one who hesitates is lost !

That problem is solved, i had accidently chosen the port 12001 for servermanager. And then both programs client connecting didnt work. :)

RSC use 11005 and 12001...
i let the 12001 standart becouse the most Server Manager got 11001 :)
and you can also set 11001 for Server Manager and for a HD2 Server, too
