Ban the known ranges. We'll see who comes to us to request unbans. If innocents get caught we re-define the ranges or cancel them and apologize to those we blocked for a short while. There is even a chance one of the morocco players knows him and can talk some sense into him.

85.70.253.133 > JakubBulawa. Roof glitching in Czech3. I warned him before to ban but he wanted teach us how to get on it and he has been a bit arrogant. He used also a bad language.

Banned Tom (Hungary) for team killing due to careless playing. He never said sorry and after a warning still did an avoidable TK.
3 day ban.
